BU2BFULL Certified Professional Hypnotist Agreement

OVERVIEW OF COURSE AND REQUIREMENTS:

1. This certification course is 100-hours of multi-media training, including live class time (via Zoom or in person, when applicable), video training, reading, observation, and practice.
2. You will be responsible for tracking your hours via an Excel spreadsheet that will be provided to you. A minimum of 100 hours is required before you will receive your certification.
3. The titles you can receive as a result of this course are either Certified Hypnotist or Certified Professional Hypnotist.
4. You must attend at least 80% of the live classes. Although recordings are provided of every class for your training, your live attendance is imperative for thorough training.
5. If you are utilizing the payment plan for the course, the course must be paid in full before your certification will be provided to you.
6. All quizzes, tests, and homework must be complete prior to receiving your certification.
7. With this course, you are certified by BU2BFULL, Inc., a certified trainer of the International Certification Board of Coaches and Hypnotherapists (ICBCH) and certified through the ICBCH.
8. The ICBCH has an annual membership due of $47 to keep your certification up to date. As part of this course, I pay your first year of membership, but the second and subsequent years this will be your responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATION:

1. You are over 18 years of age and have completed high school.
2. You are emotionally and cognitively able to help other people.
3. You have not been convicted of a felony of moral turpitude.
4. You do not have a criminal history of sex offenses or any physical violence against another person.
5. If you do have a conviction of prior drug or alcohol related felonies, you have at least 3 years of sobriety and have an active plan for continued recovery.

COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL:

The material provided within the course is intended to be used by you exclusively for your certification course and as resources for you as a hypnotist. They are not to be shared with others or reproduced in anyway. This includes the course binder, training videos, reading materials, and recordings of the classes.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

1. Any individuals portrayed in the training videos have given their permission for use. This comes with the understanding that all students, current and future, will abide by the confidentiality of the person’s information and with the understanding that the videos and content shared are for educational purposes only. These videos are not to be shared outside of the course library for any reason.
2. All individuals who are “subjects” for our live classes will also sign an agreement and part of that agreement is that all current and future students understand the confidentiality and to not share personal information about the client to others. Each “subject” is volunteering their time for educational purposes only. These videos are not to be shared outside of the class for any reason.
3. All Zoom classes will be recorded. These recordings will only be shared with the current class for any make-up classes that need to be made and for any student who wants to rewatch certain topics. Since these videos do include other students on the recording, these recordings are not to be shared outside of our class for any reason.

BUSINESS DISCLAIMER:

This course will provide you with 100-hours of training to become a certified professional hypnotist or a certified hypnotist. Although information will be shared on how to start and grow your business, which will include marketing information, this course does not make any claims as for the success of your business or revenue you will make.

FEES AND PAYMENTS:

1. The 2024 fees for this 100-hour course are $2,500 if paid in full or $2,750 with a payment plan.
2. Payment will be made to BU2BFULL, Inc.
3. If a payment plan is used, all payments must be completed prior to receiving your certification.
4. You have 30 days prior to the course start date (which has been communicated to you via email) to receive a full refund.
5. If you have received course materials prior to the 30-day refund policy, you will be refunded, minus a $200 administrative fee.
6. No refunds or cancellations after 15 days prior to the course starting.
