What to Expect
The Structure
This will be a group course that will include:
1. Access to a membership site that provides you with a wealth of resources in all the categories we will cover.
2. Each class will focus on a specific topic with primer information shared with you in advance through the membership site so we can utilize class time for breakout groups and Q&A.
3. All classes will be recorded and uploaded to the membership site.
4. A private Facebook group to share resources, ask questions, and much more.
5. Access to me in between classes via email support.
About Your Facilitator
I am Connie Jo Holmes, the Founder and CEO of BU2BFULL Hypnosis and Coaching. My mission is in my company name: BU (self-acceptance) 2B FULL (to live a fulfilled life). I teach individuals how to move from reacting to life to owning your life.
Within my company, I am an award-winning certified hypnotherapist, certified life coach, health coach, NLP specialist, published author, keynote speaker, hypnosis certification trainer, and workshop facilitator. I was awarded the Hypnotist of the Year 2022 at the Mid-America Hypnosis Convention, and the 2023 Hypnotherapist of the Year from the Michigan Hypnotherapy Guild. I have provided four keynote presentations and was honored to throw out the ceremonial first pitch for the Beloit Sky Carp minor league baseball team.
I have a wide variety of corporate experience across non-profits, manufacturing, and family business. In these roles I served as the:
1. executive director for IDEAL INDUSTRIES Foundation;
2. family governance manager for IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC.;
3. associate director of community relations for the American Academy of Dermatology;
4. co-chaired the National Council on Skin Cancer Prevention;
5. contributor to papers published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Journal of Investigative Dermatology, and the National Academies Press;
6. contributor to guidelines published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC);
7. Supervisor of Administration, Human Resources and Administration at Nissan Forklift.
In these roles (some under the name of Connie J Tegeler), I gained expertise with volunteer management, governance structure, community relations, project management, strategic planning, leadership, and business development.
I believe in giving back to my community and am currently a board member for the Rotary Botanical Gardens in Janesville, WI and Family Services of Southern Wisconsin. Since 2020 I have hosted a free monthly meetup group to help individuals across the globe build their self-esteem and self-confidence.
The values from which I live and works are: integrity, grateful, resourceful, courage, leadership, and helpful. I reside in Janesville on a hobby farm with my husband.
