About your course instructor

Connie Jo Holmes is the Founder and CEO of BU2BFULL Hypnosis and Coaching. Her mission is in her company name: BU (self-acceptance) 2B FULL (to live a fulfilled life). Intentionally spelled as it is so it resembles the word beautiful because, even if working to enhance certain aspects of your life, you are still beautiful as you are right now, just working to enhance yesterdays you. Within her company, she is a master life coach, health coach, award-winning certified hypnotherapist, published author, keynote speaker, presenter, trainer, and workshop facilitator. She has specialized training in anxiety and panic as well as with reframing negative emotions. Connie was awarded the Hypnotist of the Year 2022 from the Mid-America Hypnosis Convention, the longest-running hypnosis convention in the United States, celebrating its 39th year in 2022.
Connie has a wide variety of corporate experience across non-profits, manufacturing, and family business. In these roles she served as the executive director for IDEAL INDUSTRIES Foundation, family governance manager for IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC.; associate director of community relations for the American Academy of Dermatology; co-chaired the National Council on Skin Cancer Prevention; and Supervisor of Administration, Human Resources and Administration at Nissan Forklift. In these roles, Connie gained expertise with volunteer management, governance structure, community relations, project management, strategic planning, and leadership.
Connie believes in giving back to her community and has previously volunteered as a youth coach, Cub Scout den leader, big sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters, volunteer with NISRA for an annual fundraising event, and is currently hosting two free monthly Meet Up groups. One is to help individuals across the globe build their self-esteem and self-confidence, and the other is to teach people how to turn their side hustle into a successful career.
The values from which Connie lives and works are: integrity, thankful, openness, drive, commitment, and capable. She resides in Janesville.
