Creating a healthy and productive mindset is vital in all that we do. Hypnosis, coaching, and worksheets will help instill this very important foundational step.

Drinking plenty of water is vital to overall health and key to losing weight and maintaining weight. Hypnosis, coaching, and a tracker will be used to help this stick.

Proper and Restorative Sleep

Sleep is essential to overall health and definitely plays a key role in a healthy weight. When our bodies are tired it looks for fuel in food. Hypnosis for sleep!

Nutritious and Purposeful Food

It goes without saying that the foods we consume are imperative to a healthy weight. Coaching regarding food as well as hypnosis for various triggers will be utilized.

Consistent and Creative Movement

Movement is essential for stamina, flexibility, balance, strength, and weight loss and maintenance. Coaching, the introduction of a tracker, and hypnosis will be utilized.

Successful Surroundings and Environment

Healthy surroundings support a healthy lifestyle. Tips and tricks will be shared, ideas for optimum surroundings will be shared, and coaching and hypnosis will be utilized for lasting change.

Each attendee will receive a one-hour one-on-one hypnosis session with me to address your specific needs with this topic. For some it could be sugar addiction, comfort food eating, the habit of cleaning your plate long after you are already full, moving your body more, or anything that is YOUR specific challenge! Along with this private session with me after the course, you will receive a recording so you can listen to it as often as you would like.

How Will Hypnosis Help Me To Be "Healthy Me In 2023?"

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a trance-like state in which you have heightened focus and concentration. With this heightened focus and concentration you are more receptive to receive helpful and beneficial suggestions given to you.

What does hypnosis feel like?

Many people think hypnosis is sleep, where you will be asleep, or sleep-like, and not remember anything. This is not the case at all. Hypnosis is an intense concentration, similar to how it feels when you are engrossed in a good book or a movie where you can close out noise and distractions from all around you and pay attention to only what you are reading or watching. With hypnosis you are able to concentrate fully on the experience, closing out all outside distractions so you can receive the helpful and beneficial suggestions provided for you.

How will hypnosis help me to be a "Healthy Me in 2023"?

With hypnosis, the conscious mind is quieted down so that the subconscious mind is at the forefront. This is important because our conscious mind is the thinking part of our mind. It critiques, questions, judges, thoroughly assesses and definitely serves a purpose. Our conscious mind is utilized about 10% of our day. 

The subconscious mind is open, creative, curious, and many people refer to it as the computer hard drive of our mind since it remembers everything. This is where our habits and rituals and beliefs reside. Our subconscious mind is utilized about 90% of our day.

THIS is why hypnosis is so effective for creating a "Healthy Me in 2023." Your conscious mind knows the importance of eating right, moving your body and what it needs to do to be healthy. However, your subconscious mind is where your habits and routine live along with the "computer memory" of what sugar tastes like, salty snacks, and eating habits around emotions, boredom, and much more.

What will we do exactly?

By quieting down the conscious mind, under hypnosis your subconscious mind receives helpful and productive messages to reprogram (think of the computer hard drive here when this word is used) the habit and routine of eating, feeding emotions, not desiring to move your body, etc. 

We will discuss each of the 6 healthy elements, you will receive worksheets, reading materials, and homework to do in between each session to utilize the learnings and create new habits and routines. The hypnosis will reinforce what you have learned in addition to helping you with specific eating habits such as sugar cravings, soda addiction or habit, stress eating, and much more.
