This is a 100-hour certification course with certification after completion of a practical exam from the International Certification Board of Coaches and Hypnotists (ICBCH), which has a very engaging, life-long learning, resourceful, generous community.
This is a comprehensive course that will not only certify you to become a certified professional hypnotist, but it will also provide to you how to start and grow this as your business - providing you with self-employment that you can do from anywhere in the world.
By enrolling as my student, this course also includes 12 months of FREE mentorship with monthly group, online 60-minute conversations as well as specific training on how to start and grow your business.
All of the Zoom classes are recorded and added to the online library where you will have unlimited access to everything you need, including the reading assignments, learning videos, our recorded classes, and so much more.
How is this Course Comprehensive?
Well-Rounded and Foundational Training
This training is broad in scope, meaning it will teach you theory, instruction, and practice on hypnosis in general to provide you with a thorough understanding of what hypnosis is, how and why it works, and how best to support your clients to reach their goals. You will learn a variety of approaches to help a variety of issues.
Basic to Specialty Niche
Since this course is comprehensive, upon completion you will be able to support the masses with smoking cessation, anxiety, reaching their goals, instilling confidence, and changing limiting beliefs or poor habits, to name a few. With the ability to support a variety of issues, you can then determine a niche market, if desired.
Business Creation and Marketing
Receiving a certification for a new or expanded career is one thing, but knowing how to attract clients is another. This course includes specific training (~6 hours) on starting and growing your business. I share with you foundational steps to start your business, steps to consider as your business grows, my exact forms and processes I use for every client, and invaluable marketing tips and tricks.
12-Month Mentorship and Coaching
Since your success is important to me, I include a monthly, 60-minute Zoom group coaching call with all of my students, past and present. This is an invaluable way to continue learning, growing your confidence, and fine-tuning your skills. This is available for 12-months immediately after you receive your certification.
Life-Coaching Strategies
Since I am also a certified life coach and health coach, my training includes very helpful and impactful life-coaching approaches for you to further assist your clients. The ability to carefully listen to your client and observe them thoroughly in all aspects as well as knowing the right questions to ask at the right time will further help you help your clients.
30 Years of Corporate Leadership Experience
As your instructor, I have a rich background of 30 years of corporate experience, which I bring into the training with leadership strategies, communication approaches, and much more. I also regularly host workshops, retreats, and have corporate consultation clients, so I will be a resource for you in those areas as well.

This course will deliver 100 hours of training to you, broken down in the following methods to give you the best, most complete training while making it interesting and engaging:
Videos
A variety of videos will be provided to you so you can watch and learn on your own time. Some will be released to you immediately upon registering so you can start your learning immediately.
Reading
There are many great books that serve as an ideal teaching tool to provide you with the foundational principles of hypnosis. A short list will be shared with you as part of your certification requirements.
Online via Zoom
Regular-standing Zoom sessions will be held for four hours per week during February and March. All will be recorded so you can re-watch. You are expected to attend live for 80% of the Zoom sessions.
Observation
You will observe a live hypnosis session from start to finish with the instructor and a client both on video and during a live Zoom class.
Participation
You will be invited to attend a variety of online learning opportunities and group hypnosis sessions held by the instructor.
Practice
Practice will make you confident, so we will practice a lot with each other and you will have homework to practice outside of class.
The Schedule:
The online, live Zoom courses will take place every Tuesday evening from 6-9pm Central beginning Tuesday, April 15 through Tuesday, June 3 and the following Saturdays from 9am-1pm Central: May 3, May 17, May 31.

About Your Instructor
Connie Jo Holmes is an award-winning hypnotist, having been nominated Hypnotist of the Year at the 2022 Mid-America Hypnosis Convention, the longest-standing hypnosis convention, celebrating its 39th year in 2022 AND was named 2023 Hypnotherapist of the Year by the Michigan Hypnotherapy Guild.
She was also a Rising Star of the Year 2022 from the International Coaches Award in Australia.
Connie is a Certified Hypnosis Instructor with the International Certification Board of Coaches and Hypnotists (ICBCH) and is a Certified Hypnotherapist with the National Guild of Hypnotists.
Connie is a leader in the hypnosis profession, serving as the keynote speaker at the 2023 ICBCH conference AND will be the keynote speaker at the 2024 Michigan Hypnosis Conference, presenter at numerous hypnosis conferences, speaker at a variety of summits, a guest on Jason Linett's Work Smart Hypnosis podcast, and a Master Coach, Speaker, and Trainer with the SMJ Coaching Institute.
