About Your Instructor

I am the owner of BU2BFULL Hypnosis and Coaching and am a master life coach, health coach, certified hypnotherapist, hypnosis certification instructor, author, keynote presenter, and was awarded the 2022 Hypnotist of the Year from MidAmerica Hypnosis Convention and 2023 Hypnotherapist of the Year from the Michigan Hypnotherapy Guild. I am also a mindfulness and meditation instructor teaching weekly classes at an in-treatment addiction recovery facility.

My mission is in my company name and is to teach individuals how to confidently and courageously move from reacting to life to owning your life by becoming the version of yourself who can.

I have nearly 30 years of corporate leadership experience where I specialized in strategic planning, project management, and community relations within non-profits, manufacturing, and family business. In these roles I served as the:

1. Executive Director for IDEAL INDUSTRIES Foundation.

2. Family Governance Manager for IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC.

3. Associate Director of Community Relations for the American Academy of Dermatology.

4. Co-Chaired the National Council on Skin Cancer Prevention.

5. Contributor to papers published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Journal of Investigative Dermatology, and the National Academies Press.

6. Contributor to guidelines published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

7. Supervisor of Administration, Human Resources and Administration at Nissan Forklift.

In these roles (some under the name of Connie J Tegeler), I gained expertise with volunteer management, governance structure, community relations, project management, strategic planning, leadership, and business development.

I believe in giving back to my community and am currently a board member for the Rotary Botanical Gardens in Janesville, WI and Family Services of Southern Wisconsin. From 2020-2024, I hosted two free monthly meetup groups to help individuals across the globe build their self-esteem and self-confidence and to help people turn their side hustle into their successful career.
