RESET is my signature life coaching program to help you reset your life for whatever success looks like to you by identifying what you want and outlining a plan to reach it. Dedicating one month to each letter and one month for a wrap-up and conclusion, this is a 6-month program.
I help you look 12- to 24-months past your breakup so you can successfully rebuild your life and come out a survivor and never a victim! We will focus on what your ideal life will look like post-breakup, identify and set goals to realize your vision, create a personal budget, learn to love yourself through unlovable times, discover how it feels to be independent and self-reliant, and so much more. This is a minimum of 6 sessions, but definitely dependent on your needs.

For small businesses desiring to establish a values-based business, through a series of exercises, I will help you to determine values that are the foundation for your business. Once that is established, I will support you with reviewing and editing your hiring process (ads, job descriptions, etc.), your interview questions, and performance evaluations to ensure they are from a values-focused perspective to help ensure you hire and keep employees who are values fit for your organization and team.
I support businesses by creating customized workshops for their employees. Past workshops have included mindfulness and customer service; personalities – understanding yours and how to work with others; building resiliency; establishing team values; cross-functional goal setting; establishing action plans; personal budgeting for young employees; identifying dreams and how to reach them.
I transform today’s managers to be tomorrow’s leaders. Learn to manage as a leader and never from your ego. Being a manager is one of the most important jobs you can have. If you do it right, you are greatly impacting yourself and the company. You are also impacting another person’s life, including his or her family’s life. The same is true if you are a bad manager.
For this reason, I have a mission to train newly promoted supervisors how to manage as a leader, and never from their ego. Oftentimes individuals who are really good at their job eventually get promoted to a supervisory role over the position they excelled in. This is great! However, the two jobs require completely different skill sets, and in order to be an effective manager, the employee needs the proper training. In my opinion, this is vital because the new manager is now responsible for their job and overseeing the job of their direct report(s), which includes production, effectiveness, and growth. The new supervisor needs skills in interviewing, hiring, coaching, training, discipline, effective communication, how to conduct a performance review, motivating employees, and so much more. It is imperative to set the supervisor up for success because that helps to ensure successful employees, and that helps to ensure a successful department, and that helps to ensure a successful company.
