I loved this so book so much because the author's candid story of her own challenges in her personal and professional life were so identifiable, that I felt at ease with my own , so much so that I was able to take the exercises she offered and apply them to my life very easily. Her positive spirit and acceptance of other's own humanness, is so endearing that doing the work she puts forth and the introspection one needs to do the work, was not uncomfortable in any way.

Are you looking for a deeper understanding of yourself? Are you unhappy with yourself, your career, your relationships? This book has the tools you need to understand yourself and your values, to learn to forgive and let go of past hurts and resentments so you can move forward, and to develop the habits that will make you happier and healthier. I have been a psychotherapist for 28 years, and I would happily recommend this book to anyone. Don’t take my word for it. Read it for yourself, and do the exercises. You will be glad you did!

I have worked on self-confidence my whole life. Never have I gone back to situations in my life and reviewed them to remember what I learned from the event. This book and its exercises bring the reader to a deeper level of understanding and moves us to a deeper responsibility. The exercises are easy to complete and even available online so you don't even have to write in the book. This is important so that you can pass this book on to others, or record answers later when you reflect. I love the Positive Mental Attitude tips and paying it forward to young ones in our lives. Thank you!
