1. Age Guide Northeastern Illinois in 2021 with a message of resiliency immediately following the pandemic. It was an uplifting message to honor and celebrate the employee's resiliency and Herculean efforts to support and serve older adults, caregivers and their families during the COVID pandemic, as well as to motivate, inspire, and prepare them for the year ahead by providing resiliency strategies and mindset tactics.
2. International Certification Board of Coaches and Hypnotists (ICBCH) in 2022 with a message to my colleagues of having unshakable confidence during uncertain times. It was a high energy presentation framed around what can occur when we give one more degree (turn up the heat) with all that we do.
3. Tommy Corral Memorial Foundation's Restore and Resilience Retreat in April 2022 with a message of resilience and self-love. It was an interactive and impactful speech that started the weekend-long retreat off in the right direction.
4. Rock/Green Realtors Association in 2023 with a message of how to grow your business through awareness, connection, and analysis.
5. Michigan Hypnosis Conference in September 2024 as the lead keynote presenter. The topic was Living Your Legacy and the audience was moved to tears as well as raucous laughter throughout the high-energy, inspirational speech.

In February 2025, I served as the event emcee for a sold-out, all-day event titled, "The Start-Up Spark: Igniting Your Entrepreneurial Journey" where I kept the audience energized and engaged while also opening the day with an inspirational story about the entrepreneurial journey.

In August 2025, I served as the auctioneer for a golf fundraising event for The Salvation Army where I sprinkled in facts about golf, The Salvation Army, and the sponsor, Shorewest Realtors, which entertained and informed the crowd.
I am a mindfulness and meditation facilitator/teacher:
Since July 2023 I have been teaching/facilitating weekly 2-hour mindfulness classes to an addiction recovery facility with nearly 60 residents in attendance. I also teach a monthly 3-hour workshop. I also created a peer recovery coach (PRC) program for the facility and trained them on the material.
I am a stand-up comedian:
In February 2025, I performed my first stand-up comedy show with two friends titled, "It Is What It Is." We performed to a sold-out show of more than 100 individuals in Wisconsin.
In late 2025, I received training through Next Stop Comedy and performed to a sold-out show with my classmates.
